Return Policy

Please contact us and we can work together to figure out a solution.

  1. Eligible Items for Returns:

    • Unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 7 days of receipt.
  2. Exclusions for Returns:

    • Items with deodorant/makeup stains, animal hair, cigarette or perfume/smells will not be accepted.
    • Certain items such as sale/clearance items, products with a discount code, jewelry, graphic tees, purses, wallets, leggings, bralettes, hats, and masks are final sale for hygienic purposes.
  3. Return Process:

    • Returns are eligible for store credit only.
    • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer's responsibility.
    • Returns must be postmarked within 7 business days of the delivery date.
    • Once the return is received, it may take 5-7 business days to process and issue online credit.
  4. Defective Items:

    • If you receive a defective item, you should contact the provided email address within 2 business days of receiving your shipment.
    • Provide written details about the defect and attach pictures for assistance.

Items not embroidered are eligible for return within 7 days of receiving the items. For return, first contact us at AKaplan@CypressStitch.com, to make sure that the item is eligible and for the return shipping address. 

We are not responsible if your order is delayed by the postal service. The USPS delivery date is only an estimate and our shop can only guarantee the shipment date. 

We are not responsible for sizing issues. Please utilize posted size charts to ensure a proper fit.
